To use the software, you must: (a) establish a valid account within the Software or obtain valid license token; (b) download and install a copy of the Software; (c) obtain and maintain your own Internet access (Internet access is required to use EliteHUD); and (d) comply with the EULA.
To use EliteHUD, you may be required to pay a subscription fee to access the Software and to maintain your account.
All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars or such other currency as stated in the payment terms. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in the EULA.
LICENSE
With website registration EliteHUD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Software. Per each supported product you may have one or more licenses attached to your account.
The EliteHUD does not guarantee that it will continue to offer access to the products or support. We hold the right to close product maintenance and further support informing customers with active subscriptions 30 days before the product end of life (EOL). Communication may be established in any of the following manners: (a) Website notice; (b) via electronic mail; (c) Telegram channel update or using other option which ElitHUD thinks suitable to inform you on product EOL.
You may not use the same license token simultaneously on different devices.
You may not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile, or attempt to reverse engineer or derive source code from, all or any portion of the Software, or from any information accessible through the System (including, without limitation, data packets transmitted to and from the System over the Internet), or anything incorporated therein, or analyze, decipher, "sniff" or derive code (or attempt to do any of the foregoing) from any packet stream transmitted to or from the System, whether encrypted or not, or permit any third party to do any of the same, and you hereby expressly waive any legal rights you may have to do so. If the Software and/or the System contains license management technology, you may not circumvent or disable that technology.
Software update and upgrades happen from time to time to comply with latest poker client releases and for adding new functionality and issues fixing.
We always try to keep software updated according to the latest changes in poker clients and release updates fast. Nevertheless downtime is possible in operation as soon as solution is found and new version is available.
You are eligible for a license refund within 14 days after the purchase if you changed your mind. In this case EliteHUD returns 50% of the payment. Otherwise, refund is not provided.
When software is not operational or does not work as expected please contact help@elitehud.com for assistance. Corresponding subscription extension eligible in this case.
If you decide to downgrade the plan, subscription will be extended properly to corresponding number of days you have left on your account depending on your subscription Plan.
You may request your subscription and account cancellation at any time. Refund is processed according to the above refund policy.
